  • This research objectives to: (1) Knowing the level validation of development e-student worksheet based HOTS on the Doppler effect material by the researcher in accordance with the criteria by material experts, media experts and learning practitioners; (2) Knowing the level practicality of development e-student worksheet based HOTS on the Doppler effect material by the researcher according to the criteria by material experts, media experts and learning practitioners; (3) Knowing the level student respondents of development e-student worksheet based HOTS on the Doppler effect material by the researcher. The subjects in this research were students SMA Negeri 3 Pematangsiantar of trial large group in class XI IPA 1 and trial small group. This type of research using the 4D Model to the 3D Model. The data collection instruments used in this research consisted of validation questionnaires by material experts, media experts and learning practitioners, student respondents as user. The data analysis techniques used in this study are quantitative and qualitative. The results of this study are: (1) The development of HOTS-based e-student worksheets on the Doppler effect material with a 4D model gets a validation level with a very worthy category from media experts, media experts and teacher experts; (2) The development of HOTS-based e-student worksheets on the Doppler effect material with a 4D model gets a practicality level with a very feasible category from teachers and students as users; (3) The development of HOTS-based e-student worksheets on the Doppler effect material with a 4D model to get student response rates in the very interesting, very easy and very helpful categories. So based on these results, the e-student worksheet based High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) on Doppler Effect Material with quality very worthy to level of validation, practicality and response
