- This research focuses on a teacher's conversation about teaching analytical exposition text in an eleventh grade classroom at SMA Swasta Taman Siswa Tapian Dolok.The goal of this study is to identify and describe the various types of teacher talk that occur in the classroom during the teaching of speaking analytical exposition text in the eleventh grade at SMA Swasta Taman Siswa Tapian Dolok.The goal of this study is to identify the various types of teacher talk that occur in the classroom during the teaching of speaking analytical exposition text in the eleventh grade at SMA Swasta Taman Siswa Tapian Dolok, as well as to describe how these various types of teacher talk affect students' learning.The FLINT is used in this study to identify the various types of teacher conversation that occur during the learning process. Furthermore, The researcher acts as a nonparticipant observer in the classroom for this study, which is conducted in the manner of descriptive qualitative research.A senior high school English teacher and eleventh-grade students from SMA Swasta Tapian Dolok participated in this study. According to the data gathered, the instructor uses the following types of teacher talk when teaching speaking. Analytical exposition text: interacts with emotions, praises or encourages students, makes jokes, uses their ideas, verbatim repeats students' comments, asks questions, provides information, corrects without rejection, directs and critiques their behavior Furthermore, the types of teacher speak used have been shown to assist students in better understanding the subject and to stimulate student contributions during the learning process. Finally, the investigation discovered that the teacher who did several FLINT categories of teacher talk in the SMA Swasta Taman Siswa Tapian Dolok analytical exposition. These types of teacher talk were discovered to be capable of eliciting student contributions and assisting students' speaking skill development during the speaking analytical exposition learning process
