  • This research and development aims to test the feasibility of developing interactive learning media with Adobe Flash CS6 on character building in Sint. Xaverius Kabanjahe Kindergarten. This type of research is development research using the Borg and Gall product development model combined with the Dick and Carey development model. This learning product development model is a model that is programmed and systematically tailored to the characteristics of the lesson and students. The trial subjects consisted of two material experts, two learning design experts, two media / multimedia construction domain experts. Data about the quality of this development product were collected by means of a questionnaire. The data collected were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed (1) the expert test of Indonesian language subject matter was in very good qualification (92.84%), (2) the expert test of learning design was in very good qualification (89.93%%), (3) the expert test media expert / domain construction multimedia learning is at very good qualifications 85.41%). Individual trials are in the very good category with very good qualifications of 85.83% and the independent group tests in the very good category are 85.71%. This data proves that the use of interactive learning media for character building is more effective in improving student learning outcomes than without using interactive learning media. So it can be concluded that this interactive media is suitable for use.
