- This study aims to analyze the effect of occupational safety and health on work productivity and employee performance. The problem is whether the safety and health impact on employee productivity and whether employee productivity affect the performance of employees. To test the research hypothesis of PT. Alfo Citra Abadi was asked to answer questionnaires about how they respond about health, safety, work productivity and performance using 74 samples. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS Program Version 1.6. The result of regression analysis from the first hypothesis is Y = 2,397+ 0,185 X1 + 0,719 X2 + ε. Testing the first hypothesis shows that safety and health impact on employee productivity and for the second work productivity hypothesis affects employee performance at PT. Alfo Citra Abadi Medan.
