- The era of globalization brings changes to all aspects of humanity. The development of inforamation/technologys encourages people/touse the/technology/to be able to keeping up with time, use of online attendance system technology by PT. Baliyoni Saguna. Therefore, its necessary to analyze the aceptance/of informationitechnology to examine whether the attendance technology used is acceptable and what factors influence the acceptance. One method to assess the aceptanceiofthe information technology is/the Technnology/Aceptance Modelsp(TAM). In this/studys, an analysis/will be carrieded/out on the acceptance ofithe attendance system technology used by PT. Baliyoni Saguna using the TAM method. The research was conducted by taking questionnaire data containing clauses from the TAM method from 75 Baliyoni employees. From the test results, validation and reliability tests were carried out where all data could be said to be valid and very reliable. Testing the relationship between TAM variables shows that all data havea a/posiitive influences/on attendance where the value of the t-statistical test is > 0.2272 and is significant where the p-value of all test data is < 0.05. The indicator that has/a major influence on/the/acceptance/of this attendance system is perceiveds/ease of/use which has t-statistic of/38,221.
- Era globalisasi membawa perubahan terhadap segala aspek manusia. Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong manusia untuk harus menggunakan teknologi tersebut untuk dapat mengikuti perkembangan jaman salah satunya penggunaan teknologi sistem absensi online oleh PT. Baliyoni Saguna. Oleh karena itu diperlukan analisis penerimaan teknologi informasi untuk mengkaji apakah teknologi absensi hadirr yang digunakan dapat diterima dan apa yang dapat menjadi faktor memepengaruhi karyawan untuk menggunakan sistem tersebut. Salah/satu metode untuk mengkaji sebuah penerimaan/teknologi informasi adalah TechnologyiAceptances Model atau TAM. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisis terhadap penerimaan teknologi sistem absensi hadirr yang digunakan oleh PT.Baliyoni Saguna menggunakan metode TAM. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengambil data kuisioner yang memuat klausa dari metode TAM dari 75 pegawai baliyoni. Dari hasil pengujian dilakukan uji validasi dan reliabilitas dimana seluruh data dapat dikatakan valid dan sangat reliable. Pengujian hubungan variabel TAM menunjukan seluruh data mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap penerimaan absensi hadirr dimana nilai dari uji t-statistik > 0.2272 dan bersifat signifikan dimana nilai p-value dari seluruh data uji < 0.05. Indikator yang mempunyai pengaruh besar terhadap penerimaan sistem absensi ini adalah kemudahan pengunaan terhadap kegunaan yang mempunyai t-statistik 38.221.
