- The purposes of this research are to study of efficiency the manager’s job performance services company and to analyze the factors influence project manager’s job performance. This factors are education, experience, salaries, and reward. Objective performance measurement obtained directly from the individual actions that can be measured by subjective considerations about the job. The variable of this research consist of dependent variable, i.e. job performance, and independent variables, i.e. education, experience, salaries, reward and period of time finish project. Data analysis uses the Z test and multiple regression analysis.The results showed that there is significant influence between factors that affect job performance.
