Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jenis dan konsentrasi PGPR serta interaksi antara keduanya terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil bibit nilam Aceh. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Ilmu dan Teknologi Benih dan Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Syiah Kuala, Darussalam, Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini berlangsung pada bulan Januari sampai Juni 2020. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok pola factorial 6x4 dengan 3 kali ulangan. Faktor yang diteliti yaitu 6 jenis rizobakteri yang terdiri dari R1 = Azotobacter sp., R2 = Actinotobacter sp., R3 = Flavobacterium sp., R4 = Bacillus polymixa, R5 = Bacillus licheniformis, dan R6 = Bacillus megaterium serta 4 taraf konsentrasi rizobakteri yang terdiri dari K0 = 0 ml/L, K1 = 10 ml/L, K2 = 20 ml/L, dan K3 = 30 ml/L. Parameter yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, dan jumlah tunas pada umur 4, 8, dan 12 minggu setelah pindah tanam, bobot basah, panjang akar, volume akar, luas per helai daun daun, dan bobot kering. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan jenis rizobakteri memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman umur 12 MSPT yang dijumpai pada Bacillus megaterium dengan tinggi 32,45 cm dan panjang akar dijumpai pada Azotobacter sp. dengan panjang 25,98 cm. Perlakuan konsentrasi 30 ml/L merupakan konsentrasi terbaik berdasarkan parameter jumlah daun pada umur 4 MSPT (32,42 helai), 8 MSPT (59,92 helai), dan 12 MSPT (94,75 helai), jumlah tunas pada umur 4 MSPT (8,42 tunas), 8 MSPT (13,00 tunas), dan 12 MSPT (18,167 tunas), bobot basah (91,67 g), panjang akar (59,700 cm), volume akar (6,00 ml), dan bobot kering (20,14 g). Tidak terdapat interaksi antara perlakuan jenis dan konsentrasi rizobakteri terhadap parameter pertumbuhan dan hasil bibit nilam. Kata kunci: Nilam, jenis, konsentrasi, rizobakteri.Abstract. This study aims to identify the effect of the types and concentrations of PGPR and the interaction between both on the growth and yield of Aceh patchouli seedling. The research was conducted at the Seed Science and Technology Laboratory and Experimental Garden Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University, Darussalam, Banda Aceh. The research was conducted from January to June 2020. The research used a Randomized Block Design Factorial 6x4 with with 3 replications. The factors studied were 6 types of rhizobacteria namely R1 = Azotobacter sp., R2 = Actinotobacter sp., R3 = Flavobacterium sp., R4 = Bacillus polymixa, R5 = Bacillus licheniformis, dan R6 = Bacillus megaterium and 4 levels of concentration rhizobacteria namely K0 = 0 ml/L, K1 = 10 ml/L, K2 = 20 ml/L, dan K3 = 30 ml/L. The parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, number of shoots at 4, 8, and 12 weeks after transplanting, wet weight, root length, root volume, area per leaf, and dry weight. The results showed that the treatment of rhizobacteria had a significant effect on plant height parameters at 12 weeks after transplanting where found in Bacillus megaterium with a height of 32,45 cm and root length found in Azotobacter sp. with a length of 25,8 cm. the treatment of 30 ml/L is the best concentration based on the parameter number of leaves at 4 weeks after transplanting (32,32 cm), 8 weeks after transplanting (59,92 cm), 12 weeks after transplanting (94,75 cm), number of shoots at 4 weeks after transplanting (8,42 shoots), 8 weeks after transplanting (13,00 shoots), 12 weeks after transplanting (18,17 shoots), wet weight (91,67 g), root length (59,70 cm), root volume (6,00 ml), and dry weight (20,14 g). There was no interaction between the types and concentrations of rhizobacteria on the growth and yield parameters of Aceh patchouli seedling.Keyword: Patchouli, types, concentrations, rhizobacteria.
