Program ini bertujuan untuk membantu mengurangi tingkat kemiskinan dan menciptakan lapangan kerja di perdesaan serta membantu penguatan modal dalam kegiatan usaha di bidang pertanian. sehingga pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Blang Bintang, Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sampel acak sederhana dengan mengambil 10 persen dari jumlah populasi. Sampel ini kemudian dibagi menjadi dua kelompok untuk membandingkan jumlah rata-rata pendapatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas penyaluran dana BLM-PUAP dan dampak yang dirasakan dari segi pendapatan dengan mengukur dampak perbedaan pendapatan antara petani yang menerima dana BLM-PUAP dengan yang tidak menerima dana BLM-PUAP di lokasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyaluran dana BLM-PUAP masuk dalam kategori efektif dan memberi dampak yang positif terhadap pendapatan petani di lokasi penelitian. Rata-rata pendapatan petani yang menerima dana BLM-PUAP adalah Rp. 9.180.301,- , lebih besar dibandingkan dengan rata-rata pendapatan petani yang tidak menerima dana BLM-PUAP yaitu sebesar Rp. 7.997.067,- . The program aims to reduce poverty and jobs in rural areas and help strengthen capital in business activities in the field of agriculture, which in turn can improve the welfare of farmers. This research was conducted in the Blang Bintang sub district, Aceh Besar. The sampling method used was simple random sampling method by taking 10 percent of total population. The sample is then split into two groups to compare the average number of income. This study aims to determine how the distribution of BLM-PUAP funds effectiveness and the impact is felt in terms of revenue by measuring the impact of differences income between farmers who received BLM-PUAP funds with farmers who did not received BLM-PUAP funds at the study site. The results of the research showed that the distribution of BLM-PUAP funds was in the effective category and had a positive impact on the income of farmers in the study site. Average income of farmers who received BLM-PUAP funds was Rp. 9.180.301,- , greater than the average income of farmers who did not received BLM-PUAP funds in the amount of Rp. 7.997.067,- .Key word: The impact of BLM-PUAP programs, effectiveness, income.
