- An antibacterial study on kefir toner added by the flower extract of the flower of the telang (Clitoria ternatea L), which was carried out by the factorial completely randomized design (RALF) method consisting of 2 factors with a 2x3 pattern. above 2 (two) levels, namely: a1 = 2.5% telang flower extract and a2 = 5% telang flower extract. Kefir addition factor (B), consists of 3 (three) levels, namely: b1 = 2.5%, b2 = 5%, and b3 = 7.5%. Parameters measured were inhibitory properties of P.acne and S.aureus bacteria, TPC, protein content test, and phytochemical analysis. The results showed that kefir toner with the addition of kangaraki extract significantly affected the inhibition of P.acne bacteria (P 0.05)
