PLN (Persero) Rayon Merduati, that is predicted to be a technique of electricity theft prevention. The role of prepaid meter, is a target hardening and rule setting in the prevention of electricity theft in several modus. Result of the research shows the using of prepaid meter in normal situation could be a technique of situational electricity theft prevention as target hardening and rule setting.
