The location of this study was conducted at Syiah Kuala University Banda Aceh. The object of this research is the influence of organization justice, and job satisfaction toward organization citizenship behavior with organization trust as mediation variable, the amount of population in this research is 709 employees so that the sample used in this research are 142 respondents, used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that organization justice and job satisfaction have positive and significant influence to organization trust, and organization justice, job satisfaction and organization trust have positive and significant effect on organization citizenship behavior, then organization justice and job satisfaction indirectly have a positive and significant influence on organization citizenship behavior in administrative staff of Syiah Kuala University of Banda Aceh through organization trust.Keywords:Organizational Justice, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Trust and Organization Citizenship Behavior
