- ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Employee Stock Option (ESOs) terhadap Abnormal Return dengan Corporate Governance sebagai variabel moderasi. Proksi Corporate Governance adalah komisaris independen, kepemilikan manajerial, dann kepemilikan institusional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2007-2012. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, diperoleh 20 sampel dan alat regresi yang digunakan adalah Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Employee Stock Option (ESOs) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Abnormal Return dan Corporate Governance merupakan variabel moderasi dalam hubungan antara employee stock option (ESOs) terhadap abnormal return. Kata Kunci : Abnormal Return, Employee Stock Option (ESOs), Corporate Governance.ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to examine the impact Employee Stock Option (ESOs ) to Abnrmal Return with the Corporate Governance as moderating variable. The proxy of Corporate Governance are independency of board commissioner, managerial ownership and institusional ownership. The population was conducting companies are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2007-2012. Based on purposive sampling method, 20 samples obtained and use regression tool is Moderate Reggression Analysis (MRA).This study shwos that Employee Stock Option (ESOs) does significantly influence to Abnormal Return and Corporate Governace is the moderating variables to relationship between Employee Stock Option (ESOs) to Abnormal Return.Keywords: Abnormal Return, Employee Stock Option (ESOs), Corporate Governance.
