Budi Aulia, M.Ing2.Dr. Hafnidar A. Rani, ST, MMABSTRAKCara pandang yang mengedepankan menjaga lingkungan agar tetap lestari disebut dengan green construction. Green construction hingga kini semakin menarik perhatian para pelaku industri konstruksi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini diarahkan untuk menganalisis dan menilai faktor-faktor yang menjadi indikator dalam penerapan green construction pada proyek konstruksi gedung di Kota Banda Aceh. Ruang lingkup penelitian ini dibatasi pada perusahaan pengusaha konstruksi dengan kualifikasi perusahaan mulai dari K1, K2, K3, M1, M2, B1, dan B2 di Kota Banda Aceh. Dari kualifikasi perusahaan tersebut, populasinya didapat sebanyak 353 kontraktor dan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebesar 15%, yaitu sebanyak 53 kontraktor sebagai responden. Data hasil kuisioner ini diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 21, yang meliputi analisis deskriptif, reliabilitas, korelasi, dan regresi linear berganda. Analisis deskriptif, menunjukkan dari semua variabel indikator penerapan green construction pada proyek konstruksi gedung di Kota Banda Aceh, maka berdasarkan dari persepsi kontraktor, variabel penerapan green construction sangat ingin untuk diterapkan dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 4,542. Analisis reliabilitas, menunjukkan bahwa semua instrumen penelitian yang terdiri dari variabel bebas yaitu faktor perilaku/behavior, faktor minimum waste, dan faktor maksimum value dan variabel terikat yaitu penerapan green construction adalah reliabel. Analisis korelasi, menunjukkan bahwa faktor maksimum value mempunyai hubungan yang tinggi terhadap penerapan green construction pada proyek konstruksi gedung di Kota Banda Aceh dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,842. Analisis regresi linear berganda, menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang berpengaruh menjadi indikator dalam penerapan green construction pada proyek konstruksi gedung di Kota Banda Aceh, berada pada faktor maksimum value dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,639 dan tingkat signifikannya 0,03. Dengan ini persentase besarnya pengaruh variabel faktor perilaku (behavior), faktor minimum waste, faktor maksimum value, terhadap penerapan green construction adalah sebesar 72,60%. Green construction until now increasingly attracting the attention of the construction industry in Indonesia. This study aimed at analyzing and assessing the factors to be an indicator in the application of green construction on the building construction project in the city of Banda Aceh. The scope of this study is limited to the company qualified entrepreneurs with the company began construction of K1, K2, K3, M1, M2, B1, and B2 in Banda Aceh. Of qualifying companies, the population gained as much as 353 contractors and samples taken in this study amounted to 15%, as many as 53 contractors as respondents. Furthermore, data from the questionnaires were processed using SPSS version 21, which includes descriptive analysis, reliability, correlation, and multiple linear regression. Descriptive analysis of all variables indicators show the application of green construction in the building construction project in the city of Banda Aceh, it is based on the perception of the contractor, the variable application of green construction are eager to be applied with an average value of 4.542. Reliability analysis, showed that all the research instrument consisting of independent variables that behavioral factors / behaviors, minimum waste factor, and the maximum value factors and the dependent variable, namely the application of green construction is reliable. Correlation analysis showed that the maximum factor value has a high correlation to the application of green construction in the building construction projects in Banda Aceh with a correlation value of 0.842. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that factors that influence an indicator in the application of green construction in the building construction project in the city of Banda Aceh, located at the maximum factor value with the value of regression coefficient of 0.639 and a significance level of 0.03. With this percentage of the amount of variable factors influence the behavior (behavior), factors minimum waste, maximum factor value, on the application of green construction amounted to 72.60%. While the remaining 27.40% can not be explained by the independent variables.Key words: Indicators, green construction, building
