- PROM was a condition of rupture‟s membrane before utterly. The predisposing factors were infections that occur on the amniotic membrane as well as the ascending of the vagina, the incompetis cervix, the cervical canal always opened due to abnormalities in the uterine over distance, the trauma that occur sunch as : intercourse, internal examination, location abnormalities, age and parity factors. Methodology in writing scientific literature study writing using the literature study method by conducting a review of the result of scientific papers with the diagnosisi of PROM. Assessment of maternal age that ranges from experiencing premature rupture of membrane that is less than 20 years and more than 35 years with a history of premature rupture of membrane, priority diagnosis of the four clients is the risk of infection with interventions doing perineal treatment four times and collaborative delivery of therapy namely antibiotics and oxytocin. Nursing Diagnosis : that appeared were four clients from the literature study the risk of infection with interventions doing perineal treatment four times and collaborative delivery of therapy namely antibiotics and oxytocin.
