- PDAM Salatiga merupakan perusahaan yang sudah menggunakan Sistem Informasi. Sistem Informasi PDAM Salatiga memer lukan evaluasi pada Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dan biaya operasional serta penggunaan operasional supaya lebih maksimal. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan COBIT 4.1 kemudian mengukur level dengan Maturity Models. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan obser vasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan PDAM Salatiga devisi pembayaran berada pada level Initial/Ad Hoc. Hasil penelitian PDAM Salatiga Devisi Pembayaran belum ada prosedur TI yang standar untuk mengatur proses TI yang berjalan.
- PDAM Salatiga is A Company that is already using the Information System. The Information System of PDAM Salatiga requires evaluation in The Human Resources (HR) and operational costs as well as operational use in order to get more leverage.Evaluation is done using the COBIT 4.1 and then measuring the level of the Maturity Models. Data was collected through interviews and observations. Result showed that PDAM Salatiga Payments Division at the level of Initial/Ad Hoc. The research that PDAM Salatiga Payment Division have not IT standard procedure to regulate the IT processes that are running.
