- Seiring dengan kemajuan dan perkembangan teknologi informasi (TI), penggunaan komputer dalam sistem informasi (SI) bagi rumah sakit merupakan keharusan yang harus digunakan untuk memperlancar segala aktivitas pelayanan. RSUD Salatiga juga telah memanfaatkannya dalam segala aktivitasnya, namun pelayanan kepada pasien dirasa belum maksimal karena tata kelola TI masih belum diterapkan dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap tata kelola TI sehingga tata kelola TI di RSUD lebih optimal. Evaluasi tata kelola TI dilakukan dengan menggunakan framework COBIT 4.1 domain Monitor and Evaluate. Metode pegumpulan data adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan memanfaatkan tabel RACI untuk menentukan responden. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan yaitu RSUD telah menggunakan TI dan SI, namun dalam penerapan tata kelola TI belum efektif dan efisien karena tujuan dari RSUD belum seluruhnya tercapai.
- Along with the progress and development of information technology (IT), the use of computers in information systems (IS) for the hospital is a necessity that must be used to facilitate all the activities of the service. Salatiga hospitals also have to use it in all their activities, services to patients deemed not maximized because IT governance is still not well implemented. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the governance of IT so that IT governance is more optimal in hospitals. Evaluation of IT governance is done by using the COBIT 4.1 framework Monitor and Evaluate domain. Pegumpulan methods of data is by using quantitative descriptive RACI table to determine the respondent. The results of the research that has been done that hospitals have been using IT and SI, but in the application of IT governance is not effective and efficient for the purpose of hospitals have not been fully achieved.
