- The Information System/Information Technique strategic planning is done to get a solution or recommendation for a IS/IT application in an organization. The process of IS/IT strategic planning have to be managed based upon some clear instruction with the with the aim to harmonize between the business strategy and purpose in the organization. Right now, IS/IT application in Perpustakaan Daerah Kota Salatiga still not optimal because IS/IT that have been used only limited to some office application wich can be found in each unit. Zachman Framework is a work framework to categorize IS/IT achitectur artifacts wich can be grouped into individual section and fuction based upon a comprehensive approach in the organization. The resulting enterpise architecture models can be used as an initial step to achieve a strategic objective for the organization, also it can can be used as guidelines so the direction of IS/IT policy development can be measurable and clear.
