- Biro perjalanan wisata Mitra Tour and Travelsaat ini masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam proses pemesanan paket wisata di mana pelanggan harus datang ke biro untuk melakukan pemesanan paket wisata maupun sekedar hanya ingin mengetahui ketersediaan paket wisata, akibatnya pelanggan terikat pada waktu dan tempat. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya sistem aplikasi reservasi paket wisata. Aplikasi dibuat untuk mobile device berbasis Android dengan menggunakan Framework Sencha Touch di mana merupakan salah satu frameworkyang bersifat open sourcedan mendukung MVC (Model, View, Controller), mendukung multiplatform, grafiknya lebih baik dari framework lainnya dan dapat berjalan dengan baik ketika dipakai di device low-end. Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi reservasi paket wisata berbasis Android yang memberikan kemudahan pelanggan untuk melihat daftar paket wisata dengan tampilan lebih rapi dan melakukan pemesanan paket wisata tanpa terikat waktu dan tempat.
- Travel agency of Mitra Tour and Travel currently using manual systems in order to book the tour package, the customers need to come to the agency to book the tour package or to check the tour package availability, result customers bound to time and place. Due this limitation, there is a need for having a reservation system application of traveling package. This application made for Android mobile device users and used Framework Sencha Touchwhich is one of the framework that is open source and supports MVC (Model, View, Controller), support multiplatform, the graphics are better than other framework and can run smoothly even though it used in a low end device. This research produced application of a tour package application for Androidusers which help customers to look for a travelling tour package with a neater appearance and book the packages without being bound to time and place.
