- Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kementerian Keuangan untuk mengetahui faktor yang menentukan cash holding (fundu maneiu) di tiap Kementerian di Pemerintah RDTL, adalah suatu kebijakan dan tidak ditetapkan sesuai peraturan Jurnal da Republica Bab III, pasal 19, menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif yang dikuantitatifkan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan pedoman wawancara bebas terpimpin (semi-structured) dan pengumpulan dokumen yang relevan. Responden berjumlah 3 orang pejabat Direktur Nasional Kementerian Keuangan terkait dengan faktor penentuan cash holding (fundu maneiu). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penentuan cash holding (fundu maneiu) di Pemerintah RDTL, berdasarkan kebutuhan sehari-hari untuk kegiatan transaksi dan berjaga-jaga. Dengan penentuan cash holding (fundu maneiu) tersebut, keperluan kegiatan efisien dan efektivitas yang perlu koordinasi antara tiap Kementerian.
- This research was conducted at the Ministry of Finance to determine the factors that determine the cash holding (Fundu maneiu) in each Ministry in the Government of East Timor, is a policy and not according to the rules set Journal da Republica Chapter III, Article 19, using a qualitative descriptive approach with the quantitative method. Techniques of collecting data through interviews with the guidelines of free guided interviews (semi-structured) and the collection of relevant documents. Respondents were 3 officers of the National Director of the Ministry of Finance related to the determination of the factors holding cash (Fundu maneiu). These results indicate that the determination of cash holdings (Fundu maneiu) The Government of East Timor, based on everyday needs for transaction activity and guard. With the determination of the cash holding (Fundu maneiu), the purpose of efficient and effective activities that need coordination between each Ministry.
