  • In an attempt to create a conducive situation in a company, good communication and motivating employees are absolutely needed. Some conducive communication indicators in an organization that motivate such are the comfortable feeling and proud to be part of the organization. This study entitled Effect of communication and motivation on employee performance in PT. Bober. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influences among communication, motivation and performance of employees at PT. Bober. The research method in this study is the descriptive, and data collection techniques is field studies and literature. The influence of communication on the employees performance at PT Bober is strong, its t-test calculation is 9.674 meaning that t-test value is greater than t-table. So it can be stated that the communication affect the performance of employees at PT Bober significantly. That condition is also occurred in the relations between motivation and employees performance, The influence of motivation on the employees performance at PT Bober is strong, its t-test calculation is 12.893 meaning that t-test value is greater than t-table. So it can be stated that the communication affect the performance of employees at PT Bober.
