- Trukajaya merupakan sebuah lembaga pengembangan masyarakat yang sudah berdiri sejak tahun 1966. Selama 46 tahun berdiri yayasan ini telah banyak membantu pengembangan ekonomi dan sumber daya masyarakat di pedesaan. Sejak tahun 2006 Trukajaya mulai membuat beberapa Sistem Informasi yang berdiri secara terpisah. Tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya masih didapati berbagai kendala, antara lain pembuatan Sistem Informasi yang belum terintegrasi dan tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan yayasan. Dari hal inilah diperlukan perencanaan strategis Sistem Informasidan Teknologi Informasi untuk merencanakan SI dan TI yang sesuai. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode Ward and Peppard dan metode analisis McFarlan portofolio untuk merumuskan strategi perencanaan sistem guna mendukung kinerja yayasan. Hasil yang dicapai melalui penelitian ini adalah rekomendasi dalam bentuk aplikasi, infrastruktur dan organisasi.
- Trukajaya is a community development organization that has been established since 1966. During the 46 years of existence this foundation has helped a lot of resources and economic development in rural communities. Since 2006 Trukajaya start making some information system that stands separately. But its implementation is still found many obstacles, such as the manufacture of integrated information system that has not been and is not in accordance with the needs of the foundation. From that strategic planning is required Information Systems and Information Technology for IS and IT plan accordingly. In this study, the authors use the method of Ward and Peppard and McFarlan portfolio analysis methods to formulate planning strategies to support the performance of the foundation system. Results to be achieved through this research are recommendation in the form of application, infrastructure and organization.
