- Technology has been widely used in classroom teaching learning activity. One example is the use of web quest in teaching learning activity including in writing class. Writing an abstract of a paper work or final project in English could be quite challenging for students. This paper tries is to design offer a help in teaching abstract writing for students. This paper discusses the pedagogical and design rationales along with implementation of the WebQuest. There is a trial session of the WebQuest to several students to evaluate whether or not it achieves its set objectives. Finally the designed Web Quest has been successfully in helping students’ problem in writing an abstract in Key words : web quest, abstract, move, research article
