- Distributed system technologies such as RMI and web service are the solution for dealing with a systems that have complex business processes and require expansion of information, one of which is resident administrative information system. Resident administrative information system serve civil’s activities recording such as KTP, family paper based, birth, death, and marriage. In this research, distributed system is implemented for resident administrative information system by use RMI and web service. RMI technology used in this system to sharing system performance and web service is used to expand the data.Implementation results are the resident information is easy to expanded, the resident administrative computer work is ease, managed well based on architecture and the government’s rules.
