- Along with the development of applications based on OOP (Object Oriented Programming), PHP developers create a framework to facilitate in designing and developing web based applications with PHP. One is the Zend PHP framework. This framework supports object-oriented programming, the Model View Controller (MVC) and the Object Relational Mapping (ORM). In this study, the Zend framework will apply to develop application management personnel to determine how far the Zend framework can assist in application development. As a result, ORM on Zend framework proved to be much faster than SQL queries. In addition, the results also show that the Zend framework does not provide classes for creating PDF files and graphics, so that should add to the class itself.
