- Sejak ditetapkannya wabah virus Corona-19 sebagai pandemi oleh WHO pada tanggal 11 Maret 2020, Indonesia sebagai salah satu negara yang terkena wabah virus Corona-19 merasakan dampaknya, terutama terhadap sektor perekonomian. Tingkat penurunan permintaan sayur di pasar dapat mencapai 50% akibat berkurangnya aktivitas masyarakat untuk berbelanja ke pasar, salah satu komoditas yang terkena dampaknya adalah sayur brokoli Adanya pembatasan akses masuk wilayah (lockdown) akibat ada warga sekitaran petani yang positif Covid-19. Akibatnya distribusi panen juga terhambat karena pedagang tidak dapat mengambil ke lokasi pertanian dan begitu sebaliknya petani tidak dapat menghantarkan barang dagangan ke pasar. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui biaya produksi, pendapatan dan kelayakan usahatani brokoli organik pada saat Covid-19. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode survei dengan mengambil populasi dan pengolahan data deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Total biaya usahatani sayur organik brokoli yang dikeluarkan kelompoktani Tranggulasi per 1000 m2 pada saat pandemi covid-19 sebesar Rp. 8.240.000,- dengan biaya tetap sebesar Rp. 815.000,- dan biaya variabel sebesar Rp. 7.425.000,-. Rata-rata pendapatan petani per 1000 m2 usahatani sayuran brokoli pada saat covid 19 sebesar Rp. 6.733.372,-. Kelayakan usaha pada usahatani brokoli organik tranggulasi memiliki nilai R/C Rasio 1,82 sehingga usaha tersebut tetap layak dijalankan saat pandemi Covid-19.
- As one of the countries affected by the outbreak of the Corona 19 virus, Indonesia is feeling its impact especially on the economic sector since the outbreak was declared a pandemic by the WHO on March 11, 2020. . The decrease in market demand for vegetables can reach 50% because municipalities are less active in market shopping. One of the affected commodities is broccoli. Access to the area is restricted (lockdown) due to a resident near a Covid-19 positive farmhouse. This also hinders the distribution of crops as traders cannot bring them to the farmland and conversely farmers cannot bring their commodities to the market. It was to determine the production costs, income and feasibility of organic broccoli cultivation.This study uses research methods by obtaining populations and processing quantitative descriptive data. The results show that the total cost of growing organic broccoli vegetables per 1000 m2 borne by Tangrasi Farming Group during the Covid-19 pandemic was Rp8,240,000 with fixed costs Rp815,000 and variable costs Rp7,425,000. I was. The average income of a farmer per 1000 square meters of broccoli vegetable cultivation during Covid 19 is Rp. 6,733,372.-. The economics of cross-regulated organic broccoli farming has an R/C ratio of 1.82, enabling business to continue during the Covid-19 pandemic.
