- Sawi sendok merupakan salah satu tanaman yang paling banyak ditanam dan dinikmati di Indonesia. Peningkatan produksi selalu dilakukan untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar, salah satunya dengan pemberian pupuk. Pupuk organik dapat digunakan untuk mengurangi penggunaan pupuk kimia anorganik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik cair (POC) campuran urine sapi, tepung darah sapi dan sabut kelapa terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil panen tanaman sawi sendok; dan menentukan konsentrasi POC campuran urine sapi, tepung darah sapi dan sabut kelapa yang paling optimal untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil panen tanaman sawi sendok. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Ledok, Kecamatan Argomulyo, Kota Salatiga, Jawa Tengah. Analisis tanah dan jaringan tanaman dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Fakultas Pertanian dan Bisnis UKSW. Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan perlakuan pemberian berbagai konsentrasi POC campuran urine sapi, tepung darah sapi dan sabut kelapa. Perlakuan terdiri atas lima taraf konsentrasi POC, yaitu P0 (0%), P1 (5%), P2 (10%), P3 (15%), P4 (20%). Penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang nyata pada perlakuan P4 terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman sawi sendok pada parameter tinggi, jumlah daun tanaman sawi sendok. Sedangkan pada parameter luas daun, berat basah tajuk dan berat kering tajuk tidak ada perubahan yang nyata
- Chinese cabbage is one of the most widely grown and enjoyed plants in Indonesia. Increased production is always carried out to meet market demand, one of which is the provision of fertilizers. Organic fertilizers can be used to reduce the use of inorganic chemical fertilizers. This study aims to determine the effect of giving liquid organic fertilizer (LOF), mixture of cow urine, cow blood flour and coconut fiber on the growth and yield of chinese cabbage; and determine the optimal concentration of LOF in a mixture of cow urine, cow blood flour and coconut husk for growth and yield of chinese cabbage. The research was conducted in Ledok Village, Argomulyo District, Salatiga City, Central Java. The soil and plant tissue analysis was carried out at the SWCU Agriculture and Business Faculty Laboratory. The study was carried out using a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with treatment with various concentrations of LOF mixed with cow urine, cow blood flour and coconut husk. The treatment consisted of five levels of LOF concentration, which are P0 (0%), P1 (5%), P2 (10%), P3 (15%), P4 (20%). This study showed a significant increase in the P4 treatment on the growth of chinese cabbage on the parameter of height and the number of leaves. While the parameters of leaf area , canopy wet weight and canopy dry weight did not change significantly.
