- The 2007-2012 vision and mission of Pemda Kota Salatiga is a part of the Pemda Kota Salatiga 2007-2012 Intermediate Term Development Plan (Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah) formulation. The formulation process of the vision and mission is based on the analysist of Salatigaâ€TMs current and predicted general condition. The City Budget Plan (Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah), wheter it is the city revenue or the budget allocation of Salatiga year 2007-2010, is one of the important variable in the Intermediate Term Development Plan. The local government intention is manifested in the Pemda Kota Salatiga Budget Plan year 2007-2010 which should be based on the previosuly decided vision and mission. This research show that there is no definite linkage between the Budget Allocation of Pemda Kota Salatiga 2007-2010 and the vision and mission of Pemda Kota Salatiga Intermediate Term Development Plan 2007-2012.
