- PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang usaha bisnis retail dan memiliki 15.000 lebih gerai toko. Seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi setiap perusahaan bisnis retail perlu menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan teknologi yang ada, termasuk PT XYZ yang memerlukan adanya teknologi yang up to date. PT XYZ sudah memiliki sistem inventory management tetapi sistem tersebut sudah tua dan memakan banyak biaya. Oleh karena itu, PT XYZ memerlukan adanya pengganti dari sistem inventory management sebelumnya menjadi sistem berbasis web dengan menggunakan framework Flask. Penelitian ini dibuat melalui 4 tahapan yaitu tahap analisis, tahap desain, tahap pengkodean, dan tahap pengujian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah modul inventory management yang up to date dibangun menggunakan framework Flask dan informasi terkait dengan pengembangan modul inventory management. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan dihasilkan modul inventory management yang up-to-date dimana modul ini berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan dibuktikan dengan hasil Black Box testing dan user acceptance test yang dilakukan.
- PT XYZ is a company engaged in the retail business sector and has more than 15,000 store outlets. Along with the development of information technology, every retail business company needs to adapt to existing technological developments, including PT XYZ which requires up-to-date technology. PT XYZ already has an inventory management system, but the system is old and costs a lot of money. Therefore, PT XYZ requires a replacement from the previous inventory management system to a web-based system using the Flask framework. This research was made through 4 stages, namely the analysis stage, the design stage, the coding stage, and the testing stage. The result of this research is an up-to-date inventory management module built using the Flask framework and information related to the development of the inventory management module. Based on the research conducted, an up-to-date inventory management module was produced where this module succeeded in meeting the company's needs as evidenced by the results of Black Box testing and user acceptance tests carried out.
