- Remuneration system is an important fuction which is responsibility of Human Resources Management. The main fuction is to give compensation to employee which is salary as financial return toward employees for their contribution upon an organization or institute. Remuneration is one part of process inside organization that easily catches with problem. Slow data processing can make information service also become late and these can cause process of remuneration will not been given at the right time. Because of those factors, the remuneration system has to be contributing by the best information system. The research is done toward The High School State II of Waingapu by using the prototyping model as development system.
