- Semakin banyaknya produk tabungan yang ditawarkan oleh Bank saat ini masih bingungkan para nasabah untuk memilih produk yang tepat untuk dirinya. Para nasabah, khususnya para calon nasabah masih kurang mengerti keunggulan-keunggulan dari setiap produk yang ditawarkan. Terlebih lagi para customer service masih menggunakan cara yang manual dalam menawarkan suatu produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pekerjaan customer service dalam memberikan saran kepada calon nasabah sehingga mereka dapat menemukan produk yang tepat bagi dirinya. Aplikasi sistem pemilihan jenis tabungan ini dibangun menggunakan Visual Studio 2008 dengan menggunakan metode Promethee sebagai perhitungannya adalah untuk menemukan hasil akhir produk yang tepat bagi pelanggan dalam perhitungannya nilai yang terbesar merupakan nilai alternatif terbaik, yaitu pada hasil perhitungan promethee 1 dan promethee 2, melalui perhitungan itu Aplikasi ini juga sangat membantu customer service untuk menyarankan calon nasabah produk mana yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang diminta oleh calon nasabah dan juga dapat membantu kinerja bank negara indonesia cabang temanggung.
- The increasing number of savings products offered by the Bank is still confusing the customers to choose the right product for them. The customers, particularly the prospective customers are still less understand the advantages of each product offered. Moreover the customer service is still using the manual way in offering the product. This study aims to help the work of customer service in providing advice to prospective customers so they can find the right product for themselves. This Application of Savings Type Election is built by using Visual Studio 2008 with Promethee as the calculation method. The reason of using Promethee method is to find the final result of the right product for the customers. In the calculation, the largest value is the best alternative that can be seen in the results of calculations promethee 1 and promethee 2. The calculation of this application is very helpful for the customer service in giving advice to prospective customers about the products that fit the criteria requested by prospective customers and can also help the performance of BNI branch in Temanggung.
