- The high interest of the Indonesian people in noodles and the rise of healthy life campaign seems to be a business opportunity. Seeing this condition, the innovation was in the form of pumpkin noodles. Healthy noodles using natural dyes and without preservatives. In order for this innovation to be more useful, community empowerment activities are carried out to improve knowledge and skills of community, so they are able to make pumpkin noodles and are expected can establish the pumpkin noodle industry center with their local potential of agricultural. The location of empowerment activities is in Majasem Village, Kendal District, Ngawi Regency, East Java, targeting the housewives and pumpkin sellers who are then referred to as CUMONO (CucurbitaMoschata Noodle) cadres. The measurement method used was the pretest and posttest design measuring the success rate of the program which was divided into four measurements. The results of the activity are known to have increased the respondents knowledge seen through the pretest-posttest with a percentage value of 27,98% - 43,75%. So that it can be concluded that this activity can increase the understanding of CUMONO training cadres.
