  • The aim of this research is to determine the most effective strategy priority to be applied in the developing oyster mushroom in Ngroto Village, Mayong Subdistrict, Jepara District. The method of location selection in this reseach is purposive method. The research stages including the identification of internal and external factors that show the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threaths that is faced by businessmen of oyster mushroom. The input stage is implemented by IFE matrix and EFE matrix. Phase matching by using SWOT (Strength-Weakness-Opportunity-Threat) matrix analysis and by using QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) analysis. The result of this reseach shows that the alternative strategy are to maintain and improve the human resources of oyster mushroom agribusiness by increasing business innovation and oyster mushroom products innovation, streamlining the oyster mushroom agribusiness by expanding the marketing range of oyster mushroom products, maintain and increase the production capacity of oyster mushrooms by regulating climate and weather conditions that support the development of oyster mushrooms, increasing the stability of the oyster mushroom business by creating community conditions that support the development of oyster mushroom agribusiness. Priority of the strategy obtained in the development of oyster mushroom is to maintain and improve the human resources of oyster mushroom agribusiness by increasing business innovation and oyster mushroom products innovation (STAS : 8).
