- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program supervisi kunjungan kelas Kepala Sekolah dalam rangka meningkatkan kompetensi guru di SDN 2 Jampiroso Kecamatan Temanggung Kabupaten Temanggung dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Subyek penelitian adalah Kepala sekolah, Guru, Komite Sekolah. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi. Analisa data dilakukan dengan memakai teknik kualitatif model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian pada komponen Context program supervisi kunjungan kelas sangat dibutuhkan. Bertujuan untuk memperbaiki pengajaran, bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan kinerja guru. Sasarannya supervisi akademik dan supervisi administrasi. Pada komponen Input telah tersedia program supervisi, SDM, Sarpras, biaya yang memadai untuk pelaksanaan supervisi. Pada komponen Process Kepala Sekolah dan Guru membuat rencana supervisi kunjungan kelas, pelaksanaan supervisi kunjungan kelas, mengevaluasi hasil supervisi, menindaklanjuti hasil evaluasi. Dari komponen Product hasil supervisi kunjungan kelas terlaksana sesuai rencana, guru puas, guru siap disupervisi selanjutnya. Hasil supervisi ditindaklanjuti. Kompetensi dan kinerja guru meningkat.
- The aim of this observation to evaluate the supervision program of The School Headmaster class visitation to grade up the teacher’s competence in the Second State Junior High School Jampiroso Sub district, Temanggung Regency by using the model evaluation of CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). As the subject’s observation are School Headmaster, Teacher, and School Committee. Collecting data by observation technique, interview inside, documentation. The analyze data has done by technique qualitative of model Miles and Huber man. Observation result of the component context of invitation class supervision program is needed. To improve teaching, use to grade up the competence and teacher’s work. The target is academic supervision and administration supervision. At the input component there is a supervision program, human resource, infrastructure, cost that enough to do supervision. At the component process of School Headmaster and teacher make class visitation supervision planning, doing class visitation supervision, to evaluate supervision result, doing evaluation result. From the component product, the result of the class visitation supervision has done suitable with the planning, the teacher satisfy, the teacher ready to do the next supervision. The result supervision has done. Competence and the teacher’s work grow up.
