- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi keterlaksanaan efektifitas implementasi SMM ISO 9001:2008 pada SMA N 1 Boja Kendal. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan model evaluasi CIPP dari Stufflebeam yaitu evaluasi konteks, evaluasi input, evaluasi proses, dan evaluasi produk, melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 14 orang di SMA N 1 Boja Kendal. Hasil penelitian pada 1) evaluasi konteks menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan mutu yang ditetapkan mengarah kepada tahapan perkembangan sekolah dari SSN, RSBI dibutuhkan penerapan SMM ISO 9001:2008 diperlukan perbaikan menyeluruh, supaya dapat menghasilkan lulusan andal yang mengacu kepada visi dan misi sekolah, 2) evaluasi input menunjukkan bahwa dalam lembaga pendidikan siswa adalah “konsumen” yang menjadi ujung tombak merasakan jasa pendidikan maka sekolah merekrut tenaga-tenaga pengajar yang bersemangat, berpengalaman dalam pendidikan, meningkatkan SDM dari tenaga kependidikan untuk dapat menguasai IT, dan setiap kelas lengkap dengan LCD proyektor, serta akses internet WiFi, 3) evaluasi proses menunjukkan bahwa semakin termotivasinya bapak/ibu guru untuk membuat perangkat pembelajaran sebelum mengajar karena adanya reward yang diberikan sekolah ketika sudah melaksanakannya, namun masih ada yang belum termotivasi untuk membuat rencana pembelajaran atau perangkat pembelajaran, cara bapak/ibu guru menyampaikan materi berbeda-beda sesuai dengan karakteristik masing-masing, 4) evaluasi produk menunjukkan bahwa hasil kelulusan semakin meningkat, hasil prestasi belajar baik akademik maupun non akademik juga semakin meningkat, motivasi yang diberikan bapak/ibu guru kepada siswa dengan cara memberitahukan prestasi kakak kelas sebelumnya, sehingga para siswa dapat termotivasi untuk meraih prestasi seperti kakak kelasnya atau lebih baik, dan dengan memberikan bea siswa kepada para siswa yang meraih peringkat terbaik di setiap kelasnya.
- This study aimed to evaluate the feasibility of implementation effectiveness of QMS ISO 9001: 2008 at SMA N 1 Boja Kendal. The method used is qualitative approach with CIPP evaluation model of Stufflebeam ie context evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation, and evaluation of products, through interviews, observation and documentation. Sample size was 14 people in SMA N 1 Boja Kendal. The results of the study on 1) the evaluation of the context shows that the established quality policy lead to developmentally school of SSN, RSBI needed implementation of QMS ISO 9001: 2008 required a thorough repair, in order to reliably produce graduates who refers to the vision and mission of the school, 2) evaluation of the input indicates that the student's educational institutions are "consumers" who spearhead feel the school education services to recruit teachers who are passionate, experienced in education, improve the human resources of education personnel to be able to master IT, and each class complete with an LCD projector, and WiFi internet access, 3) evaluation showed that the more motivated the father / mother of teachers to make learning device before teaching because of the rewards given school when it was done it, but there are not motivated to make a lesson plan or learning tools, how the father / mother teachers convey different materials according to the characteristics of each, 4) evaluation of the product showed that the results of increasing graduation, learning achievement results both in academic and non-academic is also increasing, the motivation given the father / mother of teachers to students by telling achievements sister previous class, so students can be motivated to achieve such feats class brothers or better, and by providing scholarships to students who achieve the best ratings in each class.
