- Penelitian tentang Evaluasi Program BOS Di SMP Negeri 2 Dempet Tahun 2014 adalah penelitian evaluatif yang bertujuan untuk menilai program BOS di SMP N 2 Dempet tahun 2014. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah model kesenjangan (Descrepancy Evaluation Model) oleh Malcolm Provus. Evaluasi model ini menggunakan tahap Desain, Instalasi, Proses, dan Produk. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan wawancara, studi dokumentasi. Untuk menjamin keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Tehnik analisa data menggunakan analisa deskriptif. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa : (1) tahap desain tidak terjadi kesenjangan karena tujuan, rancangan program, dan hasil yang diharapkan sudah sesuai dengan juknis BOS 2014; (2) tahap instalasi tidak terjadi kesenjangan karena sumber daya manusia, sumer daya dana, dan sarana dan prasaran sudah sesuai dengan juknis BOS. (3) Dalam tahap proses terjadi kesenjangan dalam waktu pencairan, mekanisme pembelian barang, monitoring dan supervisi. Tidak terjadi kesenjangan dalam realisasi dan pelaporan; (4) tahap produk tidak terjadi kesenjangan karena dengan program BOS dapat memenuhi kebutuhan sekolah sesuai dengan 8 Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP)
- Evaluation model used is a model of the gap (Descrepancy Evaluation Model) by Malcolm Provus. Evaluation of this model using the phase Design, Installation, Process, and Product. Data were collected using interviews, the study documentation. To ensure the validity of the data using triangulation. Techniques of data analysis using descriptive analysis . The results showed that: (1) the design phase does not occur because the gap objectives, program design, and expected results are in accordance with the guidelines of the BOS, 2014; (2) the installation phase does not occur because of human resource gaps, power sumer funds, and facilities and infrastructure are in accordance with the guidelines of the BOS. (3) In the stage of the process there is a gap in the melting time, the mechanism of purchase of goods, monitoring and supervision. Not be a gap in the realization and reporting; (4) the stage of the product is not a gap because the BOS program to meet the needs of the school in accordance with the eight National Education Standard(NES)
