- Penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh guru yang mengajar di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sumurboto Banyumanik Semarang yang berjumlah 16 orang guru. Variabel penelitian terdiri dua variabel bebas (X) supervisi akademik, dan variabel terikat (Y) kinerja mengajar guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode angket dan skala. Teknik analisis data dengan deskriptif, independent t-test. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik yang dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sumurboto Banyumanik Semarang sebelum supervisi akademik ada peningkatan mean sebesar 1,31. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa P value (0,003<0,05) maka Ho ditolak, artinya bahwa ada perbedaan antara pre test dan post test, dan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kinerja mengajar yang dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sumurboto Banyumanik Semarang ada peningkatan mean sebesar 1,92. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan yang signifikan pada kinerja mengajar sesudah dan sebelum supervisi. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa P value (0,00071<0,05) maka Ho ditolak, artinya bahwa ada perbedaan antara pre test dan post test. Membuktikan bahwa supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan secara signifikan terhadap kinerja mengajar guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sumurboto Banyumanik Semarang.
- The study involved all teachers who teach in the State Primary School Sumurboto Banyumanik Semarang with 16 teachers. Variable study consists of two independent variables (X) academic supervision, and the dependent variable (Y) performance of teachers teaching. Data collection techniques by questionnaire and scale. Descriptive data analysis techniques, independent t-test. The analysis showed that the academic supervision conducted at State Primary School Sumurboto Banyumanik Semarang before there was an increase in the mean academic supervision of 1.31. Statistical analysis showed that the P value (0.003 <0.05), then Ho is rejected, it means that there is a difference between pre-test and post-test, and the results of the analysis showed that the performance of the teaching is done in State Primary School Sumurboto Semarang Banyumanik no increase in mean of 1 , 92. These results indicate that there is a significant increase in performance before and after the teaching and supervision. Statistical analysis showed that the P value (0.00071 <0.05), then Ho is rejected, it means that there is a difference between pre-test and post-test. Proving that the principal academic supervision can improve significantly the performance of the State Primary School teacher teaching Sumurboto Banyumanik Semarang.
