- Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu dan Audit Internal (LPMAI) merupakan salah satu lembaga di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana yang dulunya bernama PPMA atau Pusat Penjaminan Mutu Akademik. LPMAI bertugas untuk menerapkan teknologi informasi dalam proses kinerjanya agar informasi dari setiap divisi dalam LPMAI dapat diolah dengan mudah dan tersimpan secara terstruktur. Untuk mencapai sasaran mutu tersebut LPMAI memiliki tujuan pengukuran kinerja, karena pengukuran kinerja dapat memberikan inovasi yang lebih dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perancangan dan pengembangan sistem informasi evaluasi kinerja unit-unit di UKSW berbasis web dengan metode analytic hierarchy process (AHP) sehingga memberikan motivasi dan inovasi terhadap LPMAI. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah web yang dapat digunakan mahasiswa untuk memberikan penilaian kualitas layanan unit kerja UKSW. Hasil penilaian dapat digunakan oleh LPMAI untuk memantau kualitas mutu layanan.
- The Institute of Quality Assurance and Internal Audit (LPMAI) is one of the institutions at Satya Wacana Christian University which was formerly called PPMA or Academic Quality Assurance Center. LPMAI tasked to apply information technology in the process of its performance so that information from each division in LPMAI can be processed easily and stored in a structured. To achieve the quality objectives, LPMAI has performance measurement objectives, because performance measurement can provide more innovation in the short and long term. This study aims to find out the design and development of information system of performance evaluation of units in SWCU web based with analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method so that it can give motivation and innovation to LPMAI. The result of this research is the web that can be used by students to provide quality assessment of SWCU working unit services. Assessment results can be used by LPMAI to monitor the quality of service.
