- Penelitian bertujuan untuk: Pertama, menentukan pengaruh simultan Kesiapan kerja (KK) dan Konsep Diri (KD) terhadap Kecemasan menghadapi wawancara kerja (KW) pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana, Salatiga. Kedua, menentukan pengaruh simultan Kesiapan kerja (KK) dan Konsep Diri (KD) terhadap Kecemasan menghadapi wawancara kerja (KW) pada mahasiswi tingkat akhir Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana, Salatiga. Ketiga, menguji perbedaan Kecemasan menghadapi wawancara kerja ditinjau dari jenis kelamin dan usia pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana, Salatiga. Penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sample, dan sebagai sampel penelitian adalah 157 mahasiswa tingkat akhir Fakultas Psikologi UKSW terdiri dari 59 mahasiswa dan 98 mahasiswi. Ada tiga skala psikologi yang disebarkan yakni skala Kecemasan menghadapi wawancara kerja (MASI), skala Kesiapan Kerja (WRI), dan Skala Konsep Diri (TSCS-2). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda, dengan program SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1). KK dan KD secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap KW mahasiswa tingkat akhir Fakultas Psikologi UKSW (F=10,369 dan p<0,05). Sebaliknya pada mahasiswi hanya KK saja yang berpengaruh terhadap KW (F=10,000 dan p<0,05). Pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Fakultas Psikologi UKSW aspek ketrampilan, pandangan diri, komunikasi dan fleksibilitas dari KK berkontribusi terhadap KW, sebaliknya pada mahasiswi tingkat akhir Fakultas Psikologi UKSW selain aspek ketrampilan, pandangan diri, fleksibilitas, maka tanggung jawab serta kebersihan diri dan keselamatan juga berkontribusi terhadap KW. Aspek KD mahasiswa tingkat akhir Fakultas Psikologi UKSW yang berkontribusi terhadap KW adalah keluarga, pribadi, dan pelaku. (2). Tidak ada perbedaan Kecemasan menghadapi wawancara kerja ditinjau dari jenis kelamin pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Fakultas Psikologi UKSW (3). Tidak ada perbedaan Kecemasan menghadapi wawancara kerja ditinjau dari usia pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Fakultas Psikologi UKSW.
- The objectives of the study are: Firstly, to determine the simultaneously effect of Job Readiness (JR) and Self Concept (SC) toward Job Interview Anxiety (JIA) of the final year male students of Psychology Faculty, Satya Wacana Christian University, Salatiga. Secondly, to determine the simultaneously effect of Job Readiness (JR) and Self Concept (SC) toward Job Interview Anxiety (JIA) of the final year female students of Psychology Faculty, Satya Wacana Christian University, Salatiga. Thirdly, to determine the differences of Job Interview Anxiety of the final year in terms of gender and age in Psychology Faculty, Satya Wacana Christian University, Salatiga. This study use purposive sampling technique and totally 157 of the final year students were putting out which consisted of 59 male students and 98 female of students. There were three scales, which were: Job Interview Anxiety (Measure of Anxiety in Selection Interviews), Job Readiness (Work Readiness Inventory), and Self Concept (Tennessee Self Concept Scale 2), respectively. Data were analyzed by multiple regression analysis using SPSS Windows 16.0 program. The results of the study showed that: (1). JR and SC simultaneously influenced JIA of male students of the final year Psychology Faculty Satya Wacana Christian University, (F=10,369 and p<0,05). On the contrary, female students of the final year are only JR influenced to JIA (F=10,000 and p<0,05). For male students of the final year, the following aspects of JR, e.g: skill variety, self view, communication and flexibility contribute JIA, beside these three aspects responsibility and healh & safety also contribute to JIA. Aspect of SC for male students in the final year which contribute to JIA are family, personal, and behavior, respectively (2). There were no differences in Job Interview Anxiety viewed from sex in the final year students Psychology Faculty Satya Wacana Christian University. (3) There were no differences in Job Interview Anxiety viewed from the age of the final year students of Psychology Faculty Satya Wacana Christian University.
