- Decision support system is an important factor in making a decision. It becomes something that is important for the progress of a company in the process of selection of candidates qualified and competent employees, and conduct performance appraisals of employees long to see the quality of existing employees within the company. It is this factor that encourages appropriate strategy through the use of Iterative Dichotomizer Three (ID3) Algorithms for making a decision support system that can assist companies in taking a decision. Based the result research has been concluded that the ID3 algorithm can be applied to decision support system for employee recruitment and employee performance appraisal.
