- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara konflik peran ganda dengan life satisfaction pada wanita bekerja yang berprofesi sebagai guru di kecamatan Simo, Boyolali. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada korelasi negatif antara konflik peran ganda dengan life satisfaction pada guru. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru SMP dan SMA di Simo, Boyolali sebanyak 45 guru. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu Non-probability. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan skala konflik peran ganda dan skala life satisfaction. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment. Hasil menunjukan adanya hubungan negatif antara konflik peran ganda dengan life satisfaction pada wanita bekerja yang berprofesi sebagai guru di kecamatan Simo. Hal ini berarti semakin tinggi tingkat konflik peran ganda yang dialami oleh wanita bekerja maka tingkat life satisfaction akan menjadi semakin rendah.
- This study aims to examine the relationship between the dual roles conflict with life satisfaction on working women who are teachers in the district Simo, Boyolali. The hypothesis is, there is a negative correlation between dual roles conflict with life satisfaction on teachers. The subjects in this study are junior and senior high school teachers in Simo as many as 45 teachers. The sampling technique used is non-probability. The data collection is done by the dual role conflict scale and the scale of life satisfaction. Data analysis using product moment correlation technique. The result showed a negative relationship between the dual roles conflict with life satisfaction on working women who are teachers in the district Simo. This means that the higher level of dual role conflict experienced by the working women, the level of life satisfaction will be lower.
