  • Life of an increasingly modern and fast- paced these days creates society with high demand of information in order to achieve variety of goals. The need for information is also experienced by the adults in the Church to maintain its existence. The Individual adults tend to learn based on their need. For that reason, the Church provides reading materials in the library through the Congregation Development of the Church. The Considerations that underlie the construction of library services is because the Church realized that preaching services need to be supported by good reverences. With available reverences, adult congregation in particular, can access information according to their needs. However, in its implementation, the responses shown in the available literature are inversely proportional to what is believed by the members of the Church as an important activity to do. Constraints that affect less enthusiastic congregation is competing utilize library reading materials in the library with the increasingly sophisticated offered by electronic amenities, lack of required reading materials of the congregation, and not maximal publication also the librarian has not been well prepared to be competent. It is important for Assistance Services Unit PWJ and church leaders to survey the reading material needs of the congregation. Church service programs also need to be packed in certaint way, in order to involve the library's role in responding to the needs of the congregation. Libraries need to be processed, so that its existence also easily accessible by all members of the church. Thus, the congregation can see, knowing at the same time the benefit of reading, as media faith formation, the formation of character and knowledge in responding to their needs.
