- Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Pratama Salatiga telah menerapkan Sistem Informasi/Teknologi Informasi (SI/TI) dalam menunjang proses bisnis di organisasi. Namun, saat ini penerapan SI/TI yang ada di organisasi dinilai masih belum optimal dikarenakan manajemen KPP Pratama Salatiga belum mampu mengendalikan resiko-resiko yang timbul akibat adanya penerapan SI/TI. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu penilaian terhadap kematangan tata kelola SI/TI dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan organisasi dalam melakukan pengelolaan SI/TI, tingkat kepedulian seluruh stakeholder di organisasi tentang kondisi penerapan SI/TI yang ada saat ini. Salah satu SI/TI yang diterapkan di KPP Pratama Salatiga yaitu e-SPT (electronic SPT) untuk mempermudah wajib pajak dalam menyampaikan SPT secara berkala. Guna melakukan penilaian kematangan tata kelola SI/TI terhadap e-SPT, maka diperlukan sebuah standar, yaitu framework COBIT 4.1 (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) pada domain Deliver and Support (DS) dengan fokus terhadap dukungan dan layanan TI yang terdapat di KPP Pratama Salatiga, sehingga dapat dilihat sudah sejauh mana organisasi mampu menggunakan e-SPT tersebut. Hasil penilaian terhadap tingkat kematangan tata kelola SI/TI e-SPT dapat bermanfaat dan digunakkan oleh KPP Pratama Salatiga dalam peningkatan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
- Pratama Tax Office Salatiga has implemented Information Systems / Information Technology (IS/IT) in supporting business processes in the organization. However, the current implementation of IS / IT in the organization is still considered not optimal because the Pratama Tax Office Salatiga management has not been able to control the risks arising from the implementation of IS / IT. Therefore, we need a governance maturity assessment of IS / IT in order to determine the readiness of the organization in managing IS / IT, the level of concern of all stakeholders in the organization about the condition of the application of SI / IT today. One IS / IT implemented in Pratama Tax Office Salatiga namely e-SPT (electronic SPT) to facilitate taxpayers in the SPT regularly. In order to assess the maturity of governance IS / IT for e-SPT, it would require a standard, namely framework COBIT 4.1 (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) on the domain Deliver and Support (DS) with a focus on support and IT services contained in Pratama Tax Office Salatiga, so it can be seen the extent to which an organization is able to use the e-SPT. The results of an assessment of the maturity level of governance / IT e-SPT can be beneficial and digunakkan by Pratama Tax Office Salatiga in improving services to the community.
