  • Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Program Komite Sekolah SD Negeri Pilangrejo Kecamatan Wonosalam Kabupaten Demak. Ditinjau dari segi konteks, input, proses dan produk. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian evaluatif kualitatif dengan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) yang dikembangkan oleh Daniel L Stufflebeam. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Uji validitas data menggunakan teknik Triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari Segu Konteks, Komite Sekolah sangat dibutuhkan oleh stakeholder sekolah dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, Pada segi Input, sumberdaya manusia, kurikulum, sarana-prasarana, dan dana mencukupi. Pada segi proses, program komite sekolah belum sepenuhnya dilaksanakan sesuai rencana, terutama terutama dalam pengambilan keputusan tidak semua anggota komite hadir dalam mengambil keputusan. Dari segi produk, pelaksanaan program komite sekolah SD Negeri Pilangrejo 1 telah menghasilkan Gedung Perpustakaan, Gedung Ruang Kelas Baru ( RKB ), Pondasi Mushola, dengan dana swadaya masyarakat dan terbentuknya Group Rebana SD.
  • This study aimed to evaluate the implementation of the Program Committee of State Elementary School Pilangrejo Wonosalam District of Demak. In terms of context , input , process and product . This study included a qualitative evaluative research evaluation model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) developed by Daniel L Stufflebeam . Data collection techniques used interviews , observation and documentation . Test the validity of the data using the technique of triangulation data. The results showed that of Context , the School Committee is needed by stakeholders of the school in an effort to improve the quality of education , In terms of inputs , human resources, curriculum , facilities , and funds are insufficient . In terms of process , program school committees are not fully implemented as planned , especially in decision-making is not all committee members present to make decisions. In terms of products , the implementation of the program committee of SD Negeri Pilangrejo 1 has produced Library Building , New Classroom Building, Mosque Foundation , with funding civil society organizations and the formation of Group Tambourine SD
