- Marketing communications activity which is trying to spread information , influence and persuade or remind market over target companies andtheir products so that are willing to accept , loyal to buy products offered by companies concerned. This study will emphasize the lion star in attract consumers in the face of competition. The main issues research is how the communications strategy marketing done by lion starin attract consumers. The purpose of this research was described the communications strategy marketing done by lion star in attract consumers. Methods used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collected with interviews and observations of three respondents to the core ,lion sales distributors star , distributor lion star and consumers remain one. Of the data obtained thenwere analysed in accordance with the theory. The results show that the lion star in running activities strategies marketing communications using certain aspects, advertising, sales promotion, personal selling , direct marketing, publicity and public relation. Of the strategy of marketing communications done lion star , one of strategy a mighty in promoting even affect a candidate consumers is word-of-mouth .All aspects of has links and complementary where weakness of one aspect to be covered by excess the other
