Starting from these researchers conducted a study using the Think Pair Share method assisted video learning that aims to increasing students learning outcomes in social science 5th grade of SDN 1 Getassrabi and increasing teacher&#x2019;s learning skill at 5th grade of SDN 1 Getassrabi.&#xD; Think Pair Share method is a form of cooperative learning in pairs which give students time to think, respond, and help each other. The role of instructional videos in the Think Pair Share method is helping students to understanding the material that is memorized, so learning will be more contextual and fun.&#xD; Teacher and 20 students of 5th grade of SDN 1 Getassrabi as the subject of this research is applying in 2 cycles, where each cycle consists of 2 meeting. The collecting data method are observation, interviews, tests and documentation. The instruments that needed in this research are interview rules, the questions of test, and observation sheet. This research has two analysis technique, they are qualitative and quantitative analysis technique.&#xD; The results of research about Think Pair Share method assisted video learning shows that there are increasing number of learning outcomes (cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspect) and teacher&#x2019;s learning skill. Student&#x2019;s classical passing standard pre cycle of realization is 60% and has average 60,55. It&#x2019;s increased in cycle I become 70% and has average 66,4. Student&#x2019;s classical passing standard in increased again in cycle II with 90% with 75,8 in average. In the affective aspect of learning outcomes, increasing from the cycle I has average reached 67,94% (Good) to 84,25%. (Good). While the psychomotor aspect of learning outcomes in the cycle I average of 75,09% (Good) increased to 92,14% (Very Good) in cycle II. The teacher&#x2019;s learning skill in cycle I have average score 82,29% (Good) and it&#x2019;s increasing in cycle II, become 92,71% (Very Good).&#xD; The conclusions of this research that implementation Think Pair Share methods assisted video learning can increasing student learning outcomes that include cognitive, affective, and psychomotor social science 5th grade SDN 1 Getassrabi, as well as increasing of teacher&#x2019;s learning skill. Suggestion for the students is basically make attention to every learning process submitted by the teacher. Teachers should be use variety model of learning such us Think Pair Share method assisted video learning.
