- Thesis report entitled " Submission of Information Systems Help PNPM Mandiri in the District Gebog " has been implemented with the aim to produce a system that reports more easily . In a system that is running now filing assistance is done manually so that the activities also faltered and often not timely in the implementation of the proposed activities to the PNPM Mandiri . This system design using UML modeling ( Unified Modeling Language ) . While the programming language used is HTML using PHP and a MySQL database . In analyzing the existing system using the method of data collection , interviews . So therefore , expected to produce a new system design that is good and appropriate to address the existing problems . This application is designed with service registration KSM , KSM registration by entering the data through the application as well as provide information to KSM as information and assistance filing status aid disbursement of funds that will be displayed on the system . Each KSM will have a username and password that will always be active during the KSM active in PNPM Mandiri . The results of the design of this system is to provide information to the KSM who have signed up and active status on PNPM Mandiri program and provide a report to the city coordinator of all the activities that are already running .
