- Building the tenant in University of Muria Kudus has not to be taken on the potency of region of the tenant place. It has an orientation about market and must to have some requirements, for example: the minimum level of education is D3 (for someone have no experience in entrepreneur), have a high soul of entrepreneurship, have a high motivation, and have a good leadership. Direction and developing the incubator in University of Muria Kudus is for disseminating the new entrepreneurs of business based knowledge and technology. It is for the rotes of business incubator in developing innovation and new finds or discovery to the direction of commercialization or to help a making of HAKI, increasing product quality and so on. It is matching with the Program Pemberdayaan Koperasi and UMK. Managing the business incubator must to be autonomy in order to the INWUB institution in University of Muria Kudus is more flexible and free of birokrasi/ ineffective procedural End mix-match the environment change of University of Muria Kudus as a place of business incubator. The position of business incubator in organization structure of college institution (University of Muria Kudus) is hoped capable to give role as a Badan dari induknya. Now, some business incubators in University of Muria Kudus, the processes of business incubator have done through the in-wall and out-wall model. It is according with the philosophy of incubator as a place for help tenant in order to more capable in managing the business. Also, it can make better the alumni criteria of tenant. INWUB in the University of Muria Kudus need to, make a standardization of business incubator, including: Tata cara pendirian (the way of building), Tata cara pengetahuan (the way of managing), Syarat-syarat tenant (the requirements of tenant), Pedoman perribinaan marajemen and teknologi (the rule to building management and technology), Kreteria (criteria) and sertifikat ketutasan tenant (certification of first. graduate tenant), and Pedoman pasca kelulusan (the rule of alumni).
