  • Organizational culture is often as a work culture or job culture. it can not to be separated with performance of human resource management (HRM). if stronger level of culture organizational, so stronger level of need achievment. organizational culture can help the help employee performance, because it can create a motivation for the employee to give hight performance in the organization. this study is about; is there a positevely and significantly affect of total quality control, gugus kendali mutu, job dicipline on employee performance on PT.Hartono istana teknologi, departement of multi sourching in kudus, partially or multiple? the research data are primary data and secondary data, the number sample is 75 respondents. This study used uses descriptive and statistic analysis. the result of this are : first, there is a positively and significantly affect of variables of total quality control, gugus kendali mutu and job discipline on performance. it is partially of result of analysis with t-count (total quality control = 2,196 % significant 0,031: gugus kenadali mutu = 3,170; significant 0,002; job dicipline =3,103; significant 0,039 ) is bigger than t-table 1,667. second, by multiple, there is a posotively affect of total quality control, gugus kendali mutu, and job discipline on performace. it is based on result of analysis of F-test that the value of F-count is 116,378; with significant 0,000, it is bigger than f-table is 2,75
