- Abstract: This study aims to analyze the use unos media and the Teams Games Tournament leraning model to improve teacher teaching skills in SD Negeri Geritan Pati with the subjects of class IV students totaling 27 students. This research method uses a type of classroom action research method wich is carried out tow cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The result of this classroom action research have shown that using unos media and the Teams Games Tounament model can improve teacher teaching skill. Teacher teaching skills increased in the first cycle to obtain results of 71% in the second cycle increased to 87%. Keyword: Unos Media, Teams Games Tournament, Teacher Teaching Skills
