Production Information System is a system used to support the production function, which includes all activities related to planning and controlling processes to produce goods or services. In producing Furniture items at CV. Apik Furniture Furniture is done in several stages, and for each stage serious control is needed, because each manufacture produced has different models and sizes.
Company CV. Apik Furniture Furniture has difficulty managing product data, production, ordering, ordering reports, sales reports, and controlling product availability, conducting product data searches.
With the existence of such problems, it is necessary to have an application that can assist in managing orders and production. Applications that can help these problems are Ordering and Production Information Systems. The system development method used is the waterfall method, while the system design method uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). 
Thus it is expected to produce a new system design that can help problems with the CV furniture company.
